[03-Jun-07] I am not an Architect... Hi Sandeep, Came across your website through random search. You have captured beautifully what I have been thinking about this role of Architect. It drives me nuts to see people with so many ppl with so so skills putting the A role or Lead role in networking sites like Linkedin to make themselves attractive. I wonder how the companies make the judgement when it comes to hire genuine developers and not architects. Haha I like the scutter of the phone meetings when the firefighting is going on ;-)

As usual I agree with you, right now we(Myself and Awnish Bhatt ;)) long story... ) are working in a real world were we are happyly following the Agile process for the last 18 months and having real good time with the results...
