It was the November of 2003, my Sun's first birthday. We had been to Goa to celebrate his first birthday.
During our return journey, I was carrying my sun on my shoulders and my wife clicked this picture with
our old Olympus. January 2004, I had to go on a long trip to Atlanta, leaving my son behind. I did
carry this snap along with me. During the long streches of loneliness, I found myself terribly
home sick. One fine evening, I bought some pencils and thought of sketching the picture.
It's a 24X20 sketch and is done primarily with charcoal pastels and pencils.
